It is with great pleasure that I submit this letter on behalf of Capital Remodeling, Inc… On August 11th, I met with a Capital Remodeling, Inc. representative and my wife, in our home and made a very impressive and professional presentation of the Capital Remodeling Inc line of windows.
By the end of his presentation/ demonstration, we were sure hat we had identified the windows that were to be placed in our home by Capital Remodeling, Inc… All of the scheduled appointments that were made with us were met as promised! We were equally impressed when the windows were not only custom-made, but Capital Remodeling, Inc. delivered them three weeks ahead of the expected date.
Of course we expected the sales person to be courteous since they want out business, but the Capital Remodeling, Inc. rep was excellent! It was nice to see that when the Capital Remodeling, Inc. installers came out they were very courteous and professional as well. They were there just after 8 am and were done before 4 pm. Boy, what a look my house has now!
Thank you Capital Remodeling, Inc.! Hats off to you guys! I can’t forget the installation crew- thumbs up to you guys too! We anticipate doing more work with Capital Remodeling, Inc. on our home in the future, but I don’t think we need any thought as to who will do the job!
