I just wanted to let you know how much I liked the service by Capital Remodeling, Inc. regarding the selection and installation of my new Great View windows. In choosing Capital Remodeling, Inc. I made one of the best decisions in home remodeling work.
Everyone from Capital Remodeling, Inc. from the sales representative, to the staff from the scheduling office, and the installers were very knowledgeable and friendly. All of my questions, no matter how silly, were answered. The scheduling the installation with Capital Remodeling, Inc. was wonderful. I was able to arrange and coordinate a time that was best for my schedule, not just given certain times that were available or convenient for Capital Remodeling, Inc… I was very grateful for this.
I have pets and my 14 year old dog, Jackie, escaped from the basement and was headed for the front door when one of the Capital Remodeling, Inc. installers called to her and coaxed her into one of the finished rooms. I don’t even want to think about what would have happened if he hadn’t caught her.
I would and have highly recommended Capital Remodeling, Inc. to some of my friends and neighbors for future home remodeling work. Again, thank you Capital Remodeling, Inc. for such wonderful service!
